The UTC System makes use of a Terason Tablet ultrasound scanner that has its own built in powerful computer. This allows us to install the UTC imaging software straight onto the scanner. Both the Terason ultrasound scanner software as well as the UTC System software run in parallel at blazing speed.

Ultrasound-specific custom chip design results in both incredible efficiency and flexibility, and enables high-speed computation, low power consumption, and sophisticated image processing using software that runs as a standard software application.

The high resolution display shows the ultrasound and UTC images in a crisp natural and very detailed way.

Managing the system is either done with the additional mouse but also the Multi-Touch trackpad offers a natural way to interact with what’s on your screen.

This portable, battery supported system offers great flexibility to clinicians, facilitating diagnostic decisions virtually anywhere. A high degree of customization accommodates user preferences and applications.
